I have seen them all. The Laurel gives the Ritz Carlton a run for it's money at a much lower rate. From the the moment we pulled up, it was 5 star quality service out the gate. A very luxurious welcoming and presentation. The Rane Family Library staff, and Subrina in particular, were so gracious and accommodating. We'll always stay at The Laurel whenever we visit Auburn in the future, so long as they are not already sold out.

This is the most exceptional hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The customer service is top tier, from valet to check-in to housekeeping. The staff truly makes you feel at home and caters to every need. The Laurel Hotel & Spa has set the standard in Alabama. I will definitely be back and for multiple nights next time, because one night simply wasn’t enough to experience everything the hotel and surrounding area have to offer.

Highest quality of service ever in auburn!! We were upgraded complimentary to one of the larger suites due to membership and my girlfriend’s bday! Omg we were so blown away about the modern and high tech room! Large and multiple rooms/bathrooms to enjoy. Dining at the Rane library was great and delicious too! Breakfast, Dinner and the afternoon snacks were high quality and delicious! Lastly the staff deserve the highest praise. So down to earth, caring, very catered to me and my girlfriend. They made our experience the best and sooo worth it! Shoutout to them and you all are the MVP! You all made the Laurel run so perfectly!

Fantastic experience overall. The spa was lovely. All the food was exceptional. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful in every way and helped us secure an early check-in to accommodate our spa appointments. The rooms were elegant and comfortable and we even got an upgrade upon arrival. We were sad to go and hope to be able to visit again soon!

Auburn has a gem of a place. The service is the best. The daily complementary food service is excellent and the in room service food is better than some of Auburns fine dining. Shout outs to Grace, Cameron, Bagus, and Petros for making our stay most memorable!!!! We are already discussing next trip.

My wife made three mile trip from our home in Auburn and celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary here. I believe this is the best experience I have ever had a hotel. From pre-arrival to check out everything is first class. The service is very personalized. The room/suite was beautiful clean and had a wonderful view. Others have said the in-room technology was difficult. We are not techies and we figured it out just fine. The did and service in the library was exceptional. We will definitely be back - and highly recommend the experience.

We stayed here on our first trip to Auburn and it was magnificent! The service, attention to details, friendly staff, and luxurious rooms were greatly appreciated. The location is great as well. We went to the Florida v Auburn gymnastics meet and it was a quick zip over in the car to the arena. The food was superb! And the library on the 6th floor was a great location to read, sketch, and relax.

I celebrated my birthday at The Laurel with my boyfriend and we had such a wonderful time! Our bedroom suite was luxurious and I enjoyed all the amenities. One thing I really loved was the breakfast and hors d’oeuvre spread at the Rane Library on the 6th floor. All the food was absolutely delicious and mostly everything was locally sourced from their rooftop garden. The staff at the Laurel are so kind and welcoming and they did everything in their power to make my birthday super special. I’ll never forget my time there and I hope to be back soon! (Also, if you have time, check out the spa and the 1856 restaurant!)
